Custom Decorated Sugar Cookies

We offer delicious sugar cookies decorated with vanilla flavoured royal icing. 

Ideally as much time as possible!
We prefer a minimum of 1 months notice for any custom cookie orders to ensure availability.

For large orders, 2-3 months is recommended. Please note custom orders are paused during most holiday celebrations (Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, etc).

Yes, all of our baked goods are made fresh for each order using high quality ingredients.

No - at this time, we do not offer gluten free options.

No - However we can arrange pick up and local delivery! Cookies outside our local area can be delivered for an additional fee.

All cookies come individually packaged - unless otherwise noted. The heat sealed packaging ensures freshness up to 3 weeks. Has your event been reschduled? Not a problem - for the cookies anyways - cookies can be frozen up to 3 months and I’ll include a “Cookie Care Card” with thawing instructions with your order. 

Decisions are tough! But I’m here to help. Order changes can be made up until one week after order confirmation and deposit has been made. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

You pay, I’ll bake! A 50% deposit is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colours and perfect packaging. Your deposit will reserve your pick-up date too! The remainder is due when arranging the pick-up time.

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the cookies!

Thank you tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that - inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - I’ll try to keep it close.

Copyright images (think Star Wars or Disney Princesses) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them as baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?) I can make a similar colour palette though so let’s talk! 

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget!
